Title: The ps5 front USB port doesn't work.

The ps5 front USB port doesn't work. It doesn't even charge. What's the problem?


Is it a ps5 setup problem? Or is it an initial defect? :'(

yes, we got similar reports from customers,
for some ps5s, the front USB port is a bit different from the normal ones,
it delivers a higher voltage than expected.

you will have to connect ReaSnow S1 to the back USB ports, if this is the situation.
