Title: Can't connect to PC

Feels like I tried everything,

Different cables
Different USB ports

Windows 11 system
Reasnow S1

Mouse + Keyboard (Mouse is wireless thought?)

Whenever I try to start the S1 it just beeps and shows a red light.

Updated the firmware without issues

run ourfirmware tool(v2.1.4 or later)
click the gear top on the bottom-left corner,
and choose PS4 or XB360 for the boot mode(no controller)

if this fails to help, please send a video to show us your trouble.
you can upload the video to youtube or some other file-sharing servers, and send us the link.
