Hi Team,

I have Bluetooth connectivity issue. Its stable blue light with 3 beeps. i have uploaded video pleas help how i can rectify this.

please remove the controller on USB1,
and plug S1 into your PC directly.
will you have the same outcome?

I have exactly the same problem
I tried connecting to pc and xbox with/without controller with no luck
always starting with red flashing light and after few seconds turns to blue with 3 beeps
And when I connect to the app it?s giving me this error message (booting please try again later)
I'm running on the latest firmware. I also tried older versions :(

please contact the seller for a replacement if this issue happens repeatedly.
