Hi Richard, Austin!

I hope you are both well!

Could you please add config for the caliber game as it has gamepad support via steam platform.

It has been added a long time ago. Are you using XB360(PC)mode?

Austin,

I am using PS4 dualshok to connect authenticated controller to the usb side port and back port to PC as shown in S1 manual. Didn't find config in the IOS apple S1 app.

Austin, is there any instruction how to do it properly?

Just remove the PS4 controller, then connect ReaSnow S1 to the PC. S1 will change to XB360(PC) mode automatically.

Could you take a screenshot to show us? I mean, open the app then take a screenshot.

"do I need to cables one for back usb port and another side usb port for PC?"
It might be necessary. However, I need to see the screenshot of ReaSnow Manager App first. Also, please let me know which version of firmware are you using.

the app is apple store usual app downloaded, no updates needed. Can?t attach the screenshot, says it?s too large. It just says ?no reasnow device found? Close.

Austin,

just give me proper instruction:
-How to connect S1 to my PC
-Firmware I need to use.

That?s it.

1. Plug ReaSnow S1 to PC directly(no controller needed). If there's any error message, you might need to change the USB port on the PC/replace the USB cable/reboot your PC.
2. The newest released stable version firmware, aka 5.6.152

Austin,

Thanks it worked (replaced the cable). However can you advise of how to start playing as iphone application assignment buttons both on the keyboard and mouse work, but the game doesn?t react?

You need to enter the game first, then plug ReaSnow S1 into the PC, cause you can't use a controller to control the Windows desktop.
If you did so, the game still doesn't react, maybe you need to adjust the Steam controller settings. We use the default settings when we test the game, and the game recognizes when we plug S1 into the PC.

Austin,

sorry for being sticky, do you mean I have to turn on steam controller settings or turn it off and use in-game controller settings?

We made a test and found the game works well whether the Steam controller is enabled or disabled.
So, could you record a video to show us the issue?
