Title: What is the newest Firmware?

Whenever I get on the app it says I need to download the latest software but I have tried to update to the latest many times. Maybe I'm downloading the wrong one? which version is the newest available?

1. download the latest firmware tool(v2.1.9) from this page

2. then upgrade to firmware v5.6.16
