Title: Error code A0010004003

I just bought a reasnow s1 from ebay. I can't connect it to my app on phone, whenever i try to connect to my phone, the app always says it is booting and tell me to open the app later, then the s1 starts beeping and shows Error code A0010004003 i tried to unplug and replug but it just doesn't work. I am connecting the s1 to my laptop. Should I buy another cable? Can I get some help? Thank you

1. upgrade S1 firmware to v5.6.16(click the "restore defaults" button) with ReaSnow Firmware Tool v2.1.9
2. then plug S1 into a PC without holding its button, leave USB1, USB2, and USB3 ports open.

if it fails to help, please send a video to show us that you have followed the above steps.
