Title: ReaSnow S1 on PC an PS4 not working Error A0010004003 and Blue LED with 3 Beeps

Hello, my newly delivered ReaSnowS1 ist updated to Version 5.6.16.
I tried it on my PS4 with G27 Wheel and with Mouse/Keyboard. It starts, then stops at Blue LED liegt with 3 Beeps.
Same on PC tried it with nothing Connected or with PS4 Controller, same behaviour starts and the Stuck at Blue LED Light with three Beeps.
When i try a connection with the iOS APP i get the ErrorCode A0010004003
I tried connecting it again on the PC booting in Firmwareupdate-Mode with Green LED, the Firmwaretool shows the correct Firmware. Then click on "Set Default" after that closing the PC-Application and reconnected the S1 to the PC without anything only Connected the MicroUSB Port to the PC, same happens. IT starts, blink a little bit in all colours, the blinks a little bit red, and after that same happens, stuck in BlueLED Light with 3 Beeps.

Hope you can help with that. I made a video if its helpful.

remove all peripherals on S1, leave USB1/USB2/USB3 open, then plug S1 into a PC,
and wait for 1 minute.
f the issue persists, please contact your seller for a replacement or after-sale service.
