In yesterday's game, everything was fine for the first ten hands and then the last two were suddenly caught by the mousetrap - has Ubisoft updated the new mousetrap? I'm using a 500dpi 50/50, is anyone else having the same problem as me?

Here are some recommendations:
1. try playing your game with a controller which is plugged into the console directly,
until the MouseTrap disappears.
2. set USB report rate to 250hz in global settings in our APP
3. suspend your usage of macros temporarily
while playing some games, such as Rainbow Six, COD, Destiny 2
4. lower in-game sensitivities,vertical sensitivity=40~50,horizontal sensitivity=60~70
and then tweak S1's sensitivities and YX ratio with our APP to compensate for these changes.
5. upgrade to our latest Beta firmware.

I can't avoid getting caught by the mousetrap, is there a limit to mouse dpi?

5000 dpi is recommended.
but you can try some low dpi settings, there is no proven solution to that.

I still can't avoid getting caught in the mousetrap, we may have lost this competition but I don't think it matters, if you guys have any ideas for new hardware please do take this into consideration, I will always support you guys and thank you for your efforts

have you tried a newly-registered R6 account?
it's not the end of our rope,
it's still on our working list.

I tried a new account and it is possible to avoid the mousetrap until level 80, but when you reach a certain level the mousetrap will start working and you will get caught almost every game, I will send you a private message with some ways to avoid the mousetrap, but this is just some bugs and does not solve the root of the problem
