Title: Xbox series x controller not working

Plugging in xbox series x controller to my reasnow it just turns the reasnow off and then back on then starts red beeping. have tried with 2 different cables and yeah is it because its usb c controller or something? used to use this with a ps4 controller a couple months ago and no issues.

Take out battries on your xbox series x controller, and try again.

Btw, are u using ReaSnow S1 on PC? On PC, ReaSnow S1 doesn't need a controller.
