Title: My REASNOW S1 NEEDS TO BE RETURNED TO THE FACTORY FOR REPAIR

My REASNOW S1 needs to be returned to the factory for repair, but since I bought the equipment from another player, all retail stores in China, including the general agent in China, said that because I did not buy the equipment in their store, they could not provide me with a return to factory repair service. Even though I was willing to repair it at my own expense, they still couldn't help. So, in this case, how do I go about repairing my REASNOW S1? Can anyone help me?  :'( :'( :'(
