Title: SCUF Envision Pro

Hello,

I recently purchased the Scuf Envision Pro, it does not appear to currently work and I assume that is because it is new and not supported yet, any idea when it will be added? Currently just getting flashing red, blue, and green lights. When I open the app it shows as a PS$ and says "booting, please open this APP later"

Please answer the following questions as many as possible,
so we can provide better support for you.

1. ReaSnow S1 firmware version/ APP version
2. your console and game
3. When did you purchase this ReaSnow S1?
Does it ever work properly?
4. Which peripherals are connected to ReaSnow S1? Please provide the specific model and producer.
PS: All peripherals should be connected to ReaSnow S1 first, before connecting it to a game console.
5. a video to show us your trouble
please upload the video to YouTube or other file-sharing servers, and send us the URL.
