Title: help with error

Hi all! I used to play on firmware x.xx.16, but recently the application on the phone asked to update to the latest, when I did this, every 20 minutes or so reasnow turned off and beeped in gray 3 times, I reset the firmware and played on a clean build without macros and binds, nothing helped, before I just rolled back to version 16, but I already have 150, so what should I do? And please answer me not with templates, I will attach possibly necessary information below.

Did you reset the firmware with the latest firmware upgrade tool? Here's the download page link: http://www.reasnow.com/forum/index.php?topic=2480.0

The same thing on the new firmware. Everything is fine on version 16.

I need to confirm the firmware upgrade tool version you are using. If the version is too old, you may have a problem like this.

Could you record a video to show the whole process? Maybe I can find something in the video.
