I have a problem after the latest PlayStation 5 update. The controller turns off after every few seconds

I am having the same problem...
Yet it seems like the S1 is working completely fine when used on its own without the D1.

s1. How does it work on ps5 without d1?

currently, there are 2 options:
1. remote play
2. ps4 mode, plug a PS4 controller into USB1 of S1

  When I do option 2 it says d4 wireless controller cannot be used to play ps5 games

Option 2 only works for PS4 games.
