Is it possible to change game profile by pressing kay on keyboard? Without running reasnow app on phone?

Yes. Set hotkey for config(at the right side of config's picture), then save it. After that, you can change the config without running the app.

I did as you said. The keyboard works in the game, the mouse keys also work, I just can't give direction, I couldn't find the settings in the application.
