When reasnow C1 is connected to reasnow s1, red LED lights up and beeps continuously
I tried various versions but they did not work properly.

I used the firmware here.What should I do?

S1 version 5.6.152 is used.

You updated C1's firmware, did you? Do not update C1's firmware unless it is necessary. Maybe that caused the issue.
Please answer the following questions as many as possible,
so we can provide better support for you.
1. ReaSnow S1 firmware version/ APP version
2. your console and game
3. When did you purchase this ReaSnow S1?
Does it ever work properly?
4. The color and state(breathing or stable) of the LED indicator on ReaSnow S1 when you are in trouble?
do you hear any continuous beeps? how many beeps do you hear in one cycle?
5. Which peripherals are connected to ReaSnow S1? please provide the specific model and producer.
PS: All peripherals should be connected to ReaSnow S1 first, before connecting it to a game console.
6. Do you see any indication on the screen of your console during the trouble?
7. which config has been activated in ReaSnow S1 when you are facing this trouble?
8. a video to show us your trouble

I need to confirm what did you do to C1. We didn't make C1's firmware upgrade tool available to the public. So, if you update the firmware without our guidance, something bad might happen.

Keyboard and mouse were connected to 2 and 3, and C1 to 1.

Which version of C1 firmware did you use for the update? And when you update C1, is there an error message(like the progress bar is stuck)?

I am using v3.1.3 for the firmware tool. First we installed v2.4.3 first. However, it did not work as shown in the video, so I updated it starting from 1.2.18 in sequence, but it did not work in all versions.
When I install firmware from v1.2.18 - v1.2.24, I get "Invalid file!
From v2.0.0 it installs successfully and displays "completed succesfully!
But as you can see in the video it does not work

Please connect C1-A and C1-B to the PC USB port, then open Control Panel-Devices and Printers. What does the interface look like?
