It wont let me update the firmware i follow the instructions and nothing happens.

I'm trying to update the firmware to V5.6.171 after doing that successfully, it will keep trying to boot and I keep it for while  and nothing happens, then I unplugged it and plugged it back in, same thing. So I switched back to the previous software but my phone app is in the latest version, then I got a new problem, when I shoot close to the enemy , my cross hair will freeze like it's locked to enemy but it's not, when it's not enemy it works fine , the game name apex leganed

i update the driver and followed the steps, still the device keep blinking all colleres blue red green

when i try form the app side its give me boothing still on , i wait for long time and nothing change
i rest every thing to default , but when i do that its go back to older FW 5.6.152 ,so i did again upgrade it and same issue

also i find that even after installing the driver its show as its unkown
