Title: Reasnow manager for chromebook

Hello, is there a possibility for a reasnow manager to be put out on the google playstore for chromebook?
I think it would be nice for accesibility use
Chromebooks use a operating system based on android so i think it would be quite easy
If you just added the ability for chromebooks to download it and request bluetooth.
