Is it possible to use reasnow S1 to configuration a hotas warthog on a series X?

I found this clip where someone was able to configure the hotas warthog on a PS4 https://youtu.be/6RRnQqws88I?si=V1e6QqgY2wDdq_xr     ,is it possible to do the same on Xbox series X?

Yes. You can also use it on the Xbox Series console with ReaSnow S1.
