Title: Reasnow firmware tool v3.4.1

hello I have updated my firmware tool to latest version , and now if i want to connect my reasnow device is says "the network problem" in red. My network is fine , and device is in solid green state , but cant connect it. sometimes that grey button turn to blue but gives me message that no reasnow device found. I am using reasnow crosshair with bluetooth dongle (v1.7.7) and all worked great until new firmware tool update, and i have windows 10. It is working on playstation like always only I cant update or downgrade firmware.

May I ask which country you are in? We just conducted a test here and the network function of the firmware upgrade program is working normally. Therefore, please check if it's a network issue on your side.

I am im Croatia , and my connection is fine. So that connection problem has gone.now when I connect reasnow device to pc and start firmware tool it said that no reasnow device found.

Please make sure that: 1. connect ReaSnow S1 to PC while holding the button 2. release the button until the LED indicator is stable green.

Yeah I know that , it is not my first time updating firmware, but still no device found.

Currently, the legacy version of the firmware upgrade tool is not available.
We recommend opening the FW upgrade tool first, then connecting ReaSnow S1, so please try like that.
Could you record a video to show us the full progress?

I am not using reasnow S1 , i am using REASNOW CROSSHAIR, maybe it is not supported anymore with new version ?

hello , i got my reasnow s1 today and cant update it i could not select the version so could i have the last update in file
