Title: S1 on controller

When using the S1 on the controller in the Authentication Controller option (in Reasnow Manager), the audio on my headset keeps failing every time, the cables are well connected. Both my S1 and my app are on the latest update.

1. Latest firmware on both
2. Xbox Series X, i only tested on FPS games
3. There is no reaction to this problem that I am complaining about, it remains stable with the color I chose in Reasnow Manager
4. Just the original xbox controller
5. It happens when I activate the Authentication Controller profile in Reasnow Manager, and I tested with Gamesir G7 SE controller, the same problem occurs in the Covered Controller option
6. I can't provide a video because it's an audio problem where it keeps failing when, for example, I shoot in the game, as if my headset doesn't support that or even has poor contact, but when I use MNK. In the MNK profile, I don't have this problem, it only occurs when I'm playing with the S1 on the controller using the Converted or Authentication controller option

Sorry for the late reply. Did you modify the config? Or add the config with the app, without changes?

Which game do you play? Maybe we can make a test based on the game you're playing.

We tested several original Xbox controllers and found no issue with the audio. We're still finding a controller with the same issue.
It would be a great help if you recorded a video to show the phenomenon. We need to find out where the issue is.

I have the same issue with the audio everytime on the xbox controller ,i tested on 3 games:
 apex, r6 and cod

Im playing on xbox , the moment i connect headphones to roller , mouse stop working , i need to turn off and on the device, and i lose audio sometimes , so i opted out and i just connect it to the monitor audio plug , but yeah hes right

some more info: I'm using an orignal xbox roller , on the original console , with all orignal cables, i can confirm this is a reasnow issue , i have friends with the same issue when they stream, stream have either no audio from game or audio from the headphones , is one or the other , never both
