Which version of ReaSnow Firmware Tool should I use to update the firmware? I previously downloaded version 3.4.2 for Windows, but now I see a link only to version 2.3.2.

I updated my application on my Android phone but it keeps closing by itself. We have a reasnow s1 group on WhatsApp here in Brazil and people are reporting the same problem. My phone is a Samsung s20. :-\

We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the error with our cloud servers. This issue has now been resolved.

If you still experience the problem,
please use our firmware tool to restore your S1 to factory default settings and then attempt to use it again.

Ричард привет! Проблема не решена, приложение по прежнему закрывается само по себе со старым профилем PUBG. Если удалить профиль с S1, все вроде конектится, но при добавлении нового профиля PUBG, приложение закрывается! Обновите пожалуйста профиль PUBG!

if the apex legends game has left-handed control in the settings and the sticks are swapped in the s1 profile, then wasd does not work!

I agree with you, the movement on the right stick does not work, when it comes to wooting 60he in an analog game, I copied the profile from YouTube Richard but it does not work, I turned on the I/O monitor and it does not show any movements or signs that a given button is pressed.

Is there no beta app for iPhone yet? It turns out that iPhone owners don?t need to play yet?

XB version PUBG config has been fixed,
please remove your existing PUBG config or restore your S1 to factory default with ReaSnow Firmware Tool,
then add a new PUBG config with this new APP.

firmware v5.6.230, app v1.6.38
