I used to play APEX with version 152, and when I mapped the left joystick of S1 to WASD, the movement worked normally. However, starting from version 241 (and also versions 242 and 243) after the update, I found that if I don't use the passthrough function to map WASD, my character would occasionally walk crookedly during actual gameplay. This has been very frustrating for me, so please fix it as soon as possible.
If you ask why I don't keep using version 152, it's because version 152 limits the polling rate of S1 to 125Hz, which causes a noticeable delay. Therefore, my actual need is a version that is as functional as 152 but supports a 1000Hz polling rate.
I have tested many versions prior to 241 (including 152, 156, 177, and 178) using a controller polling rate testing software, and found that all of them imposed restrictions on the polling rate. Even though I set the polling rate to 1000Hz in the mobile app, the actual polling rate only reached 125Hz. It was only from version 241 onwards that this restriction was lifted. However, the trade-off is that the movement mapped from the left joystick now has inexplicable deviations, which manifest in the game as the character automatically walking diagonally, moving backward on its own, etc.
This issue can only be alleviated by using the passthrough function, but I don't want to rely on this function to solve the problem. The reason is that it causes the in-game UI to constantly flicker between keyboard-mouse mode and controller mode. I hope this critical bug can be fixed promptly.

In the new firmware version, the default configuration for Apex Legends enables SAB 2.0, which causes the phenomenon you described. Disabling it will resolve this issue.
Go to Edit Config-Scenarios-More, then disable analog behavior 2.0.

Could you please provide a version that does not lock the frame rate, has no movement drift, or a version with SAB 2.0 turned off by default? My data is encrypted, so I cannot turn it off manually. This experience is really unpleasant.
