Title: Keyboard Jet 75 MCHOSE

Good afternoon, I encountered a problem where after connecting the keyboard MCHOSE Jet 75 Magnetic to the Reasnow S1  the keyboard  stops working after 5 minutes in game Apex Legend but not the mouse only keyboard offline I have to unplug the USB from Reasnow and plug it in again, but this happens all the time.
Please help me :)

1. When the issue occurs, is the keyboard lit or unlit? Can it be detected in the ReaSnow App?
2. Which version of firmware do you use?
3. It would be best to record a video showing us the phenomenon.

This happens even without launching any games! The keyboard simply goes dark and no longer works! Sometimes, often during a game, it can happen several times in a row! There's no way to record video, as it can happen after 5 minutes, 30 minutes, etc.

Firmware 5.6.241
I also use the C1 cable.
