Hello,
I have a problem adding games to the app.
I can't find the games BF6 and VALORANT even though the app and firmware are up to date.
I am on PS5 (RS1 + P5MATE PRO), S1 Firmware 5.6.241 and APP V1.6.40. Has anyone had this problem before? Any solution?
I would like to play these games, Thanks !

I checked, and the configuration is present. It's possible you haven't successfully synced with the server. Please try reinstalling the ReaSnow Manager App.

Thank you Austin for your response; unfortunately, it does not work. I have uninstalled the Reasnow app several times as recommended, on both the iPhone and iPad, and I also restored the factory settings on the S1. There is nothing that can be done?Battlefield 6 is desperately absent from the profile list. I am playing with the BF4 profile, which is the least bad of the BF profiles, but it is really not great. Perhaps the next Beta Reasnow app will resolve my issue.

I am also facing the same problem, I have done all the steps and used the latest software and I still can't find the games that have been added such as Battlefield 6

I can't attach a screenshot I get this message

We've only received reports of this issue from the two of you recently. Based on previous cases with identical issues, this is caused by incomplete configuration synchronization. You may need to reinstall the app or switch networks (or use a VPN) and reopen the app to complete synchronization.

Unfortunately, the problem still exists and I cannot find the games even after doing all the steps.

You most likely have a PS4 controller connected to your ReaSnow S1, not a PS5 controller (DualSense). Therefore the ReaSnow S1 can't load the game profile (since it only exists on PS5).
Also note that on the mobile app's main screen, there's a section at the bottom titled "PS4" and "PS5."
