Title: Crosshair doesnt work on pc

It?s been a while since I last used my ReaSnow Crosshair. Today, when I tried to plug it into my PC to configure it, it wasn?t recognized by any software or firmware upgrade tool. The last version I used was 3.12.28 for Nintendo Switch. When I plug it into the PC, it just keeps flashing multiple colors.

Never mind ? I just plugged it into the USB port on the back of the PC and it worked (using USB 2.0 as recommended). You can close the post.
