Title: Reasnow S1 Stopped Working

Hello, I need help. My ReasonSnow S1 suddenly stopped working while I was playing on Xbox. Upon restarting, the green light came on and then went off. When I try to connect it to my PC, the green light keeps flashing continuously and it won't connect to the firmware tool.

Please try the following:
1. Restart your PC
2. Replace the USB cable used for connection
3. Try a different USB port
If your ReaSnow S1 still cannot be detected by the firmware upgrade tool after attempting the above methods, it may indicate an issue with your device. You will need to contact the retailer where you purchased it for after-sales support.
