The Apex Legends update on PC has caused the inability to enter the game, resulting in a pop-up message indicating that the client's anti cheat backend detection has failed. Someone has tested that it may be an issue with the C1 line. Please take this seriously, dear administrator. Currently, all S1 users are unable to play Apex Legends. Because there is always a possibility of being kicked out of the game

We have received multiple user reports confirming this issue. However, none of them provided detailed steps to reproduce it, so we have been unable to replicate the problem. When using S1+C1 on our computers, we can enter the game lobby and shooting range normally without being kicked from the server.
-
Update: We have successfully reproduced this issue in online multiplayer mode. As for whether it's related to C1 as you mentioned, we are currently investigating step by step.
-
Yes, someone has already tested it, and it is highly likely that it is a problem with the C1 line, Mr. Austin. When they only use S1 instead of C1 line, this situation will not occur. Xim has not experienced this problem for the time being, and some speculate that it is a problem with the transparent transmission mode :-X

Thank you for the information you provided. We have currently determined that stable operation is achievable in Apex's online mode when using only S1, or when using S1+C1 without activating C1-related functions. We are continuing to conduct further testing.

I?ve been having the same issue. I found that disabling the wireless controller in the settings fixed it. Otherwise, I get kicked out of the game every time about 13 minutes in.

Hello, our Chinese agent said that for 5.6.172, the transparent transmission function can be achieved without using C1. Is this true? When will the official release a new firmware to solve this problem?

This is not a widely validated technical solution, but merely a temporary workaround. We are still conducting tests at this time.

I'm having the same issue today. I get kicked out of the game whenever I use the C1. I hope you can fix it as soon as possible. I bought the S1 and C1 specifically to play this game.

Update: We have identified the final solution and are currently testing its stability. Once testing is complete, we will announce it on the forum.

Hey,how s going Austin. I'm a data writer in s1c1.I would like to know how much longer it will take before we can get the latest fix version. Also, I would like to ask if there are any other ways to share data or help the community besides joining Discord. If there is a reply, I would be extremely grateful. Best wishes 2026

Hello Austin,
I?d like to know if there?s a good solution for the issue I encountered after upgrading the C1 firmware?when I plug in the S1, a red light flashes and an error message appears saying ?Device not detected.? Many of us are experiencing this problem. Is there a way to roll back the C1 firmware to a previous version?
Thank you very much for your help!

Hasn't the C1 issue been fixed yet?
