Dear Users,
We have received reports from some users experiencing the "The client failed an anti-cheat backend check" error while playing Apex Legends on PC with the S1+C1.
To resolve this issue, please upgrade your C1 firmware to the latest version. This update is designed to ensure compatibility and proper functionality with the game's anti-cheat system.
Important Notice:
A. If your C1 device is not the latest version (The markings on both ends of C1 are labeled as C1-A, C1-B, A, or B.), upgrading the firmware may cause the device to become unrecognized or malfunction.
1. If your C1 is still under warranty, please contact the seller from whom you purchased the item for after-sales service..
2. If your C1 is out of warranty, you will need to purchase the latest version of C1 to ensure normal operation.
B. If you don't play Apex Legends, you don't need to update to the new firmware.
C. Please connect C1 to the designated port of S1 according to the correct wiring method.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding. Please ensure your device is up-to-date to enjoy the best gaming experience.
Thank you for your continued support.
Best regards,
ReaSnow Team
