We would appreciate it very much if any one can info us the detailed type
that has been tested on PS4.

PS: PS4 Slim controller and PS4 Pro controller have no similar problem.

Hey, I just bought Crosshair, so ps4 slim doesn't have this problem? What about different revisions of ps4?

There is another way for solving this problem if you have 2 gamepads! Just connect headphones to 2nd gamepad, turn it on and login as GUEST. Then just create/join Party Chat with your account (there will be a message that no mic connected, don't worry).

Hello! I use PS4 PRO and Sony wireless headset, I do everything according to the above instructions, but with wireless connection I can not hear the party members, only the sound of the game, the microphone works, what could be the problem?
