Title: Cant use on my ps4

Hello
I bought Crosshair to play with keyboard and mouse on my ps4 pro but it does not connect even following all the steps of the site.

When I connect it on ps4 pro it beeps twice and gets the white light on.

Can someone help me solve the problem? I've already tried to restore the factory default and everything from Crosshair but it did not work.

I'm trying to play Call of Duty Modern Warfare Resmastered

2 beeps with stable white logo means cross hair find no controller connnected to its USB 1 port.
please check the connection between cross hair and your ps4 controller,
or try a new usb cable for that connection.
