Title: Cannot open the app

Today I tried to open the app. Received a message to upgrade firmware. Ok, updated. But the message keep appearing and I cant open the app. Any help?

you shall upgrade your converter with the latest flash tool here(Flash Tool V5.2.46/ APP 1.2.7):
