hi I have a problem ....
  I downloaded the flash tool v5.3.0 version and up to here all is well, then I downloaded the direct link from your site to the app (v1.2.10) but once downloaded I get the writing FILE NOT SUPPORTED ... what should I do because nothing works anymore ...

android version 7.1.1

I have already tried to reset everything but nothing .... and can I go back to the previous version of both the application and the reasnow?

the APP you downloaded from our website should be apk file,
please check the suffix.

what you downloaded from our website shall be an apk file. (ReaSnow Manager V1.2.0.apk)
and apk file can be recognized by any android phones.
there will be no "FILE NOT SUPPORTED" issue.

please make sure this ".apk" has not been changed by our download tools.

or you should try to download the file again.
the file might be broken due to an unstable internet connection.

I tried everything but it doesn't work .... I also downloaded it from my smartphone but nothing .... can't you go back to the previous version so I can use the reasnow?

solved I managed to download the app via PC and pass it to the phone .... but now I can't map my g13 keyboard, the buttons or the stick don't work.

sorry, we did find a bug of G13 in the latest firmware,
and it has been fixed now.
here is a patch for that!
