bad quality product ....
one day to download the app. from the direct link, once downloaded you can no longer set the keyboard g 13 .... now it is 2 hours that the application gives me a command error: 3.12 .... resettatato both the reasnow and the application that the phone but all useless.
create a rapid fire 1 ms macro, press 2 more buttons together and the reasnow locks. Not as good as the first reasnow purchased.

Hi special,
Please restore factory defaults with our latest Flash Tool,
click just one button(Restore Factory Defaults) on this Flash Tool,
do not click "upgrade firmware "
your trouble shall be solved easily!
