Greetings! I am the owner of ReaSnow old version. There is a gamepad that I want, my dream is to simply connect via RaSnow this Razer Wolverine. The old version, as I was told, will not be supported. In the list of equipment support is not declared. Maybe all the same there is an opportunity how to check it?
I also began to explore this topic again, because none of the devices 1.5 years ago had support: xim apex, cronusmax (although people write on the forum that they work, I couldn’t start it), as well as ReaSnow. But now I found another titan two device from consoletuner, they write on the forum that it works, there is no support in the list, I have not received information from the developer yet.
This is all to what I think you can come up with something. I like razer gamepads for xbox1, but I play on ps4. And so I had to play razer wildcat, but now the drift of the sticks started on it and I resumed the search. Also yesterday razer raiju TE 2019 came to me, but it turned out to be generally uncomfortable with its bumpers m3 m4, which are constantly pressed, even though they can be turned off.

After downloaded Cross Hair ManagerV4.5.98.
I went into a software update and updated. here is the result

sorry,currently ReaSnow S1 can only provide wired mode support for Razor Raiju,
but we will evaluate the possibility for the BT wireless support later.

Me razor te controller looses its connection after some time and my character spins around when I press the right stick. It happened several times. Please help!

if ReaSnow S1 shows a breathing color with no beeps while losing control,
that means PS4 controller authentication has failed.
1. please try a new and qualified USB cable for your PS4 controller,
a shorter is better.
2. you can also replace the USB cable between PS4 and ReaSnow S1,
occasionally, this cable will also bring similar troubles to us.

1. use a better USB cable for the authentication controller on USB port 1,
a shorter one is better.
2. power off your game console completely, remove the power cord.
then power on your console again

Thank you for reply! I had replaced the cable to qualified one, however my Razor TE gets stuck and moves in one direction when I run wired and use macros. Please re-test the device again.

can you export the config which you are using and send it to us(support@reasnow.com)?

I simply assign macros to my dualshock ps4 buttons and run them on razor TE. For example switching key is on ds ps4 and hotkey is on razor te, maybe this causes some problems? Because as shown in the video: on elite xbox 2 series switching key and hotkey macros are both launched from elite xbox 2.

The macros work for some time however later on my razor TE gets stuck and the character moves in one direction and the assigned buttons stop working as they did before.

3. PS4 + Xbox One controller + PUBG
we have no Razer Wolverine TE in hand,
so Xbox One controller is used as a replacement.
PS4 controller "Dpad Up" is used as the switching key for the rapid fire macro,
press it, the rapid fire macro is enabled,
press it again, the rapid fire macro is disable.
Everything works as we expected.
will you face the same issue if other controllers(gamepads) are used, instead of Razer Wolverine TE?

The issue with the connection still remains. The device stops responding after some gameplay. The controller freezes and the game character moves by itself in one direction. Sorry!

similar issues are caused by some bad connection between PS4 controller and ReaSnow S1,
or they might also be caused by some bad connection between ReaSnow and PS4 console.
so it's better to try some good and short USB cables for the connections.

Resolved by replacing the DS controller to the original one.
