Hello,
I have some questions about my reasnow s1 all work well With my controller elite v2 but I want know if I can play on Bluetooth with it ? I play on Xbox with elite 2
Mouse Logitech g pro is compatible with reasnow s1?
I’m play Apex and where I can get all macro like for r-99 or all weapon and good settings anti ?

Logitech g pro should be ok, just plug its wireless dongle into ReaSnow S1.

Thanks for your help but I go error when I add the file settings incompatible file (game console )
I play have elite 2 controller and i play on Xbox
And it’s possible get for all weapons or not ?

i think you are playing on xbox one, but the files you imported were for PS4,
so you will get the warning.
please just create one according to our Macro manual,
it will be easier.
and anti recoil macros will need to be tweaked according to the weapon you are using,
for different weapon will have different recoil strength.
so it's better to use a keyboard to switch between different anti-recoil macros.

anti Recul and rapid fire worked one days and next don’t work ? What should I do?

enable "I/O monitor" in settings,
then return to HOME UI.
trigger your macro ans check what you get on the HOME UI,
it will help you to figure out the cause of your trouble.

Hello I have a g27 and I play F12019 and I would like to know how to leave the rotation of 200º and not 900º like this?

just change "angle" in steering wheel setting in our APP,
set it to 200, as you see fit.

I'm so sorry but I didn't find this option in the app, not even the F1 game.

If you are playing racing games on PS4,
please add and activate "Expert Mode" config,
with that, your G27 will be turned into a G29,
which is recognizable by PS4.
And you will need to set the steering wheel's angle in the game itself.

What is the best sens for apex curve mouse please ?

Here are some recommendations for Apex Legends players:
1. game settings(restore all settings to defaults, then set as shown below)
Sensitivity=Insane(8)
Sensitivity(ADS)=Insane(8)
Response Curve=Classic
Look Deadzone=Small
2. mouse settings:
6000DPI/ 500HZ
3. Settings in ReaSnow S1

Idk how use my reasnow s1 I feel my mouse sens so hard to aim and I have no aim and no anti recul or rapid fire... I feel sad

1. your console and game
2. mouse DPI/CPI and USB report rate, mouse model and producer
3. settings in the game on console, such as sensitivity, dead zone, acceleration, aim assist, etc.
4. which config has been activated in ReaSnow S1?
your settings for HIP/ADS /HIP YX Ratio/HIP MIN/ADS YX Ratio/ADS MIN/curve in this config
5. ReaSnow S1 firmware and APP version
btw, anti recoil will only be available in ADS,
that is when you hold the mouse right button.

1- Console is Xbox One x
2. Mouse is Logitech G pro and 500hz and 5000 dpi
3- settings in game sens is 8 and all default
4- is Apex legends
5-all are last version because I have reasnow s1 since 2 weekends

Ohhh I see and did the new update for app and Resnow and I change my dpi to 3000 hz 1k is more better and smoother only need help with the anti recul and rapid fire now lul

Thx for all really, my sens again is broken idk why my sens it’s not smooth and very unstable one days is good and no more .. my mouse Logitech g pro is new and my Xbox one x is okey and I play apex and fortnite

1. make sure you have activated the same config in ReaSnow S1
2. please check the settings in your mouse driver, there might be some different profiles stored in the mouse,
make sure the activated profile has not been changed accidently.
3. may also try another mouse for a comparison.

Hey Richard I don’t play anymore with reasnow because of the audio is so bad and now I want play with it what is should do please and how I can active the 1:1 aim ? Please I really need your help and how I can pm for fast reply?
