Title: PS4- Connecting Headset through controller is not working

Hi Richard,

I am using S1 and when I connect my headset audio jack to PS4 controller while everything is connected to adapter, I do not hear sound through the headset. Although PS4 detects microphone. Is this issue with S1 hardware? of software?

I already read them, but okay.
S1 does not support aux connection. Only USB.

Check your audio settings menu and ensure that you have everything set to default factory settings. If the game audio still doesn't work, your console settings are not to blame.
