Title: delay e cortes no áudio do grupo xbox

hi, my group audio is delayed and my voices are cutting, it happens most of the time when i am playing a game = / i was wondering if it is normal for s1 reasnow and if there is a solution? i use xbox one and i'm only using the controller on reasnow s1 for now

hi, can we have the full details of yours? have you tried some other headset or earpiece?
1. ReaSnow S1 firmware version/ APP version
2. your console and game
3. When did you buy this ReaSnow S1?
Does it ever work properly?
4. Which peripherals are connected to ReaSnow S1? please provide the specific model and producer.
5. which config has been activated in ReaSnow S1 when you are facing this trouble?
