Change HIP/ADS sensitivity

These hotkeys will only be effective when ReaSnow Manager APP is disconnected from our converter.
==Hotkey:
Press this key to enter and exit this mode, which can let you use the corresponding keys to increase or reduce sensitivities.
==HIP/ADS Sensitivity+/-:
These keys will only change the sensitivities in the activated config.
