1. in-game settings:
Horizontal Stick Sensitivity = 14(Insane)
Vertical Stick Sensitivity = 14(Insane)
ADS Stick Sensitivity(Low Zoom) = 2.00
ADS Stick Sensitivity(High Zoom) = 2.00
Button Layout = Default
Aim Down Sight Behavior = Hold
Stick Layout = Default
Left Stick Min Input Threshold = 5
Left Stick Max Input Threshold = 99
Right Stick Min Input Threshold = 5
Right Stick Max Input Threshold = 99

2. mouse settings:
5000DPI/500HZ

I’m having a problem of when I hit the sprint button while holding the move forward button and decided to also press the move left or right button at the sametime, my character stops sprinting? Whereas in past COD's it wouldn’t stop sprinting because it shouldn’t.

please upgrade to the latest firmware version,
it has been fixed there.

I have flash tool V5.3.100 installed and the problem is still there.

please try this version:
http://www.reasnow.com/download/ReaSnowApp/ReaSnow%20Flash%20Tool%20V5.4.0.zip

then restore all to factory defaults,
and add a new config for COD BO Cold War,
do not change anything in it.

I tried the V5.4.0 and unfortunately its not working. The light on my s1 is blinking red. On the app I updated to V1.3.4 and it's saying "Your application encountered a fatal error and cannot continue."

did you hear any beep?

As for the APP, please uninstall and reinstall it, and if this failed to help you,
please provide more detail about your phone, such as the model and its producer.

Yes the s1 beeps and then it starts to blink a red light and the keyboard nor the mouse responds. I'm on ps4. I couldn't figure out how to upload a video here. Wouldn't give me the option to upload a video.

The problem im experiencing is if i press and hold the W key and then press left shift to start sprinting foward, while im sprinting foward with W key held, if i press A key or D key it will stop me from sprinting, whereas in other CODS this problem wouldnt happen. Im using V5.3.100 (also tried V5.3.95) since i cant use V5.4.0, after uninstalling and installing, because my Samsung Galaxy s5 is not working with the manager app V1.3.4 but does work with V1.3.2.

Hi, Richard I have a small problem with the cold of war game, sometimes the aim works 100%, it sticks to the enemy, but basically I don't shoot it at the enemy, but I don't hit the bullets, it seems that there is a wall in front of him.

Please answer the following questions as many as possible,
so we can provide better support for you.

1. your console and game
2. mouse DPI/CPI and USB report rate, mouse model, and producer
3. settings in the game on console, such as sensitivity, dead zone, acceleration, aim assist, etc.
4. which config has been activated in ReaSnow S1?
your settings for HIP/ADS /HIP YX Ratio/HIP MIN/ADS YX Ratio/ADS MIN/curve in this config
5. ReaSnow S1 firmware and APP version
6. a detailed problem statement on using your mouse
7. a video to show us your trouble will be better
you can upload the video to youtube or other file sharing server, and send us the link.

yes I have a question about your macro.  is aim assist configured for the settings you wrote above?  or should it be configured individually for your config settings?

the AA macro can only be effective in as mentioned in our video,
we can't promise it will work in all scenarios.
it's tested only in a private match(multiplayer mode).
