Title: Problems with the Logitech G920 and cross hair

I own a cross hair, Xbox 360 and a Logitech G920 unfortunately my racing wheel won’t work with my Xbox 360. Is it because it doesn’t have a expert game preset or it isn’t simple compatible? I will be very pleased with my purchase if I could somehow use my Logitech G920 on my Xbox 360 to play Forza Horizon 1 and 2. I also think people are having the same trouble and I don’t want to see people go through what I did when I find out it wasn’t compatible after I spent $300 On my setup.

which cross hair manager version are you using?

My cross hair manager version is the V4.5.155 with the hardware v1.7.6

Can you make a new preset game for Xbox 360 that is an expert mode and is compatible with the Logitech G920 or you can upgrade the versions of the manager and hardware so that we can use all steering wheel without worrying for compatibility.

can't do that, for there is no expert mode support on Xbox 360.
but will add the support for g920 on Xbox 360 in a couple of weeks.

btw, you can also upgrade your cross hair by following this topic,
it will enable the G920 support on Xbox 360 instantly.

Hello;
I just purchase a Bluetooth dongle v4 CSR8510 so I can use the manager in my iPhone but it doesn't allowed me it said reasnow device not found, also the cross hair stay in the color blue.

I use an iPhone with IOS 13.
My cross hair has firmware version 5.4.7.
Reasnow manager app is version 1.3.6.
and my Bluetooth dongle is V4 Chipset CSR8510.
Any Bluetooth dongle with this chipset should work right?

bt dongle shall be connected USB port 2 on Cross Hair
if this fails to help you, please provide  a video to show us your trouble,
you can upload the video to youtube or other file sharing servers, and send us the link.

hello,
just checked your video,
the LOGO is stuck in BLUE,
that means your Bluetooth dongle is not properly enumerated.

please try some other BT dongle.

Can I fix/ enumerated my BT Dongle or do I have to buy a new one.
If a have to buy one please sent me a link or information of one that is guarantee to work.

but it's hard to give a guarantee if it's not been tested.
can i have the selling page of your BT dongle?
or can you check your BT dongle's details by plugging it into PC and run some tools, such as "usbdriveinfo", etc.

Also I noticed that a new firmware version was released the new firmware still doesn't have Logitech G920 support for Xbox 360

it does have CSR8510 on the page,
strange in deed.

Can you show us your firmware upgrade procedure and the whole wiring steps in a video?
would like to check the steps yours.

please connect your BT dongle to USB 3 of your Cross Hair,
and connect G920 to USB 2, then give it a shot.

and if this fails too, you might need another BT dongle.
it's an incompatible one.

Hi, I just tried putting the BT dongle on usb 3 and something else happened. When I connected all peripherals and then connected the Cross Hair to console. The logo went from blue to green, then the Wheel turn on and calibrated but the xbox 360 wired controller wont turn on after that the logo stays green.
