hello Richard! I tested Insurgency but the settings are too heavy it looks like the character is stuck in the mud lol. can you help me?

this is a game with terrible control:)
it's really hard to have decent aiming in it.
but if you can provide more details while playing it,
all your settings which are related to mouse control and a video to show us your trouble.
we will try our best to help.
