Title: Anne pro 2 keyboard not compatible?

Hi sorry for my bad english but I'm half albanian and half italian. A couple of days ago I bought a reasnow cross hair, my mouse xtrfy m4 work perfectly with it but my keyboard doesn't work properly infact when I digit "wasd" or other keys its like I pressed the ps and share button on my controller so it's unusable. I tried updating the software and also updating the firmware of my keyboard but it's still the same. How can I fix it?
