Hello, I have Hardware version 1.7.3 and Firmware version 1.73.75 I have all consoles (PS3/4/5, Xbox 360/one/series and Switch) it is possible to have firmware version 3.12.28 and downgrade it to version 1.73. 75?

yes, you can safely switch between v1 and v3 versions.
