Title: Questions about the Reasnow S1

I was thinking about purchasing an adapter , I was recommended to this one by a friend. I'm mainly going to be using it on Rainbow Six Siege. Is there any delay? Can you change your sprint button to shift instead of holding E since you run with your right stick? And lastly does it hold up to the xim apex and if so which is better?

1. no delay, of course:)
2. all buttons can be remapped manually to meet your need
3. xim apex and ReaSnow S1 are on the same level,
