Hello,
My problem was caused by the LED keyboard.
I switched to a wireless Logitech keyboard and my problem was solved.

This may be a suggestion for this error code.

Error Code: A00100040005

The only thing that helps me is to turn Reasnow S1 off and then on again after this effect appears.

The issue you mentioned was also encountered during our configuration testing. Upon investigation, this has been determined to be an inherent problem with the game itself and is unrelated to the ReaSnow S1. We were able to reproduce the same phenomenon when using a controller.

When activating the config for Arc Riders, after a while the cursor gets the effect of "floating" deactivation does not help, in addition to the effect, pressing occurs with a delay, sometimes nothing happens after pressing. The firmware and the application were updated on 12/24/2025. Would you like to know if there is any fix? Thanks

What is "Kaleid"? Is it a controller?
Have you contacted customer service to request a firmware downgrade?

So I have long wanted to be able to use my PS2 games on a PS3 AND with a modern stick via Reasnow S1. So I got a CECHA PS3 which is backwards compatible with PS2 games. The S1 connects fine, but as soon as I select the PS2 game disc and the screen goes dark before loading the game, S1 loses connection and won't reconnect. I have to use the basic controller to quit back to the home screen.

Hope I didnt make a big mistake...

My Kaleid always worked, after I updated it to the latest version, simply my control doesn't turn on automatically with S1, and when I hold the button to turn on, when I give any command it disconnects, unfortunately for me it is impossible to Rollback the firmware of the control, and I need help with this, I tested 2 kaleid, and the two controls have this problem, and what came directly from the factory already came updated and automatically not working, I put the most current update and it still didn't work, I tested the G7 SE. and it works normally but I don't use it because they have problematic buttons

Have you tried restarting your computer or changing the USB cable or USB port you're using?
