You may want to contact customer service to downgrade. We've searched extensively but couldn't find this controller anywhere, so we're unable to test it.

Yeah' its a Gamesir controller, i search it how to downgrade, but doesn't work, and i cant use for no reason

At first, it would flash blue or green briefly when playing. I unplugged and re-plugged the cable a few times and could continue using it. Then I unplugged the end of the cable from the computer and re-plugged it (without unplugging the S1 end), and it stopped responding.

Hello,
My problem was caused by the LED keyboard.
I switched to a wireless Logitech keyboard and my problem was solved.

This may be a suggestion for this error code.

The only thing that helps me is to turn Reasnow S1 off and then on again after this effect appears.

The issue you mentioned was also encountered during our configuration testing. Upon investigation, this has been determined to be an inherent problem with the game itself and is unrelated to the ReaSnow S1. We were able to reproduce the same phenomenon when using a controller.

When activating the config for Arc Riders, after a while the cursor gets the effect of "floating" deactivation does not help, in addition to the effect, pressing occurs with a delay, sometimes nothing happens after pressing.
