Curve Editor
« on: May 19, 2017, 05:45:51 AM »
I downloaded the latest version, and would like an explanation about the new curve editor function and how to edit it in the best way for my games.

Sorry if my English is not very good.

Basically they will provide different sensitivities depending on the speed of the mouse

If you are interested I can share two curves I did for Rainbow six and BF4.

I can make other curves also to share here in the forum.

Curve representst the relationship between Mouse Speed and Cursor Speed on screen, you can change it as you like,
no harm will be done to your hardware, just try and feel how your aiming and turning speed are effected by it.

it's a new feature, we might provide more demos and instructions according to feedback from our customers.

So please show how the feature works.
Trial and error is not a good method to learn this.
Imagine this:
Remove Cross-Hair from console and every cable atached to it.
Insert Cross-Hair on PC (PC is not close to the console)
Adjust Curve Editor without even knowing what it does exactly.
Remove Cross Hair from PC
Insert Cross Hair on console (console is not near the PC!!!)
Plug in every cable
Run Game
Fail

Imagine repeat this process like 5 time. It's annoying.....

Sorry for bad english

thanks for the feedback, we will consider the possiblity of providing a better explanation of this game curve feature in our documents or videos.

but, generally speaking, please use straight line if cursor speed on screen is acceptable, it can provide 1:1 mouse movement and cursor movement on screen while using a mouse for aiming. if you change it you will have no 1:1 control.

the effect of changing a curve will depend on many conditions, and it's also a matter of personal preference.
