ps4 pro: hair ross with bright light

Hi, I'm trying to make the hair ross work but it does not work, I've made updates, and even then the red light continues, it's working perfectly in my xbox x, in ps4 pro, and before it worked in my ps4 fat

1. For PS4 Slim and PS4 Pro consoles,
we suggest users should do the following setting on console.
Settings->Devices->Controllers->Communication Method->"Use USB cable"

2. If you got stable red LOGO on Cross Hair with some beeps,
please read the pdf file in this topic:

Sometimes, this kind of problem is caused by bad USB connection between controller and Cross Hair,
or no "startup" config in Cross Hair.
