My Cross hair its not being detected by the Cross Hair Manager

Hi there, i used to play my games using the cross hair converter but recently i cannot connect using the manager. Attach are some pictures. "Dispositivo de Entrada USB" means USB Input Device. It makes the sound when an USB device is connected. I am using Windows 10 and playing in a XONE. Any help will be great. Thanks in advance

1. hardware version
2. Manager version

Hi Richard i dont know wich hw version is it. HOW to find it? The manager version is 4.5.0. Thank you a lot for your reply.

Run Cross Hair Manager V1.73.13 or previous versions,
Click “Question Mark� in the lower right corner.
you will find "Hardware Ver" in it.

To use Cross Hair Manager V4.X.X,  Hardware Ver should be 1.7.6 or later.

Yes its working now!
Ive get the v1.73.13 version and now i can connect to the CH.

so your hardware version is 1.7.4,
you can't use V4.X.X
please use V1.73.20, the lastest version.
