Pls help! Red light, no beeps, Working Mode (2) Error

Hi! When I connect my new CH to PC I get red light without any beeps, and "Working Mode (2)" message from CHM. So I can't configure my CH. In repair mode it works right. CHM ver 1.73.13. No any devices connect to CH. Please help me!

you might need a reset tool from us to solve it.
