General request - K400r + Other mouse
« on: July 11, 2018, 11:29:10 AM »
Hey - For some reason with my k400r, the keyboard only works if my mouse is unplugged (for example an m510). Is there any way to use both devices and just have the trackpad on the k400r disabled? Love this device so far but just got rid of my other compatible keyboard!

please try the following:
1. plug k400r into cross hair(without the mouse), and then connect cross hair to console as normal.
2. after its proper working, plug your mouse into cross hair and try.

Thanks, it does register - some of the mapping on the mouse doesn't work properly (mouse 4/5 (forward/backward) and scrolling switched for some reason). I'm going to be upgrading peripherals pretty soon so I'll just see how the new stuff works. Thanks for the quick support :)
